• OpenAI: API requests are retained for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring, then automatically deleted.
• Apple: Subscription records are retained according to Apple's policies for tax and legal compliance.
• Superwall: Subscription events are retained according to their data retention policy.
• Mixpanel: Analytics data and session recordings are retained according to Mixpanel's data retention policies and our account settings.

6.3 Legal Retention

7. Analytics and Session Recording

Rock Bottom uses Mixpanel for analytics and session replay to improve the app experience. Here's what this means for you:

7.2 What We DON'T Track

• The content of your personal reflections or challenges

Session replay creates anonymized recordings of how you interact with the app. These recordings help us:

Your privacy is protected: Sensitive information (your personal challenges, name, and age) is automatically masked and appears as black rectangles in recordings. We never see what you type in these fields.
